It is an informational course for general readers in Australia. It is not professional advice, security advice, financial advice or legal advice, and it is not accredited training. There is no registration, no assessment, no record of attendance and no certificate; completing the checklists confers no qualification of any kind. If your circumstances need advice specific to you, the course is not a substitute for obtaining it.

The course is written with care and reviewed twice a year, but the things it describes change faster than that. System requirements, account agreements, prices, classifications and support processes are set by other organisations and can change the day after a review. Where the course describes what a vendor does, check the vendor's own current page before acting on it. Where the course states a general fact, it links to the body responsible for that fact, and that body's page prevails over ours.

We may change, correct or withdraw any part of the site at any time. Corrections are made to the page itself rather than noted separately, and the review date in the footer shows when the course was last gone through in full.

The course links to government bodies, to game publishers and to one paid affiliate destination, described on the Affiliate Disclosure page. Those sites are run by other organisations. We do not control their content, their availability, their terms or their privacy practices, and a link is not an endorsement of anything beyond the specific point it is cited for. Your dealings with any of them are between you and them.

The text, layout and illustrations on this site belong to PADOLO s.r.o. You may read them, print them and share links to them freely, and you may print the checklists for your own or your household's use. Republishing the course or substantial parts of it elsewhere requires our permission, which you can ask for at info@inertvalue.online. Brand names mentioned belong to their owners, as the notice in the footer sets out.

To the extent the law allows, PADOLO s.r.o. is not liable for loss arising from your use of this site or from reliance on general information in it. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded, including the consumer guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law. Where a guarantee applies and liability may be limited rather than excluded, our liability is limited to resupplying the information or paying the cost of having it resupplied, at our option.

These terms are governed by the law of the Czech Republic, where PADOLO s.r.o. is established, and the courts there have jurisdiction. That choice does not displace the protections available to you as a consumer in Australia, including under the Australian Consumer Law, nor your right to pursue a matter with an Australian regulator or in an Australian court where the law gives you that right.
