Inert Value

Cookie Policy

Effective date: 12 October 2026

A cookie is a small file a website asks your browser to store and send back on later visits, which is how a site recognises a returning visitor. Similar technologies do the same job by other means: browser storage areas that hold data for a site, tiny image requests that record that a page was opened, and scripts loaded from another company's server that can observe what you do.

This page lists every one of those we checked for on inertvalue.online, and what the answer is. It is published by PADOLO s.r.o., náměstí Svobody 93/22, Brno-město, 602 00 Brno, Czech Republic, company registration 29361206.

What we checked

Cookies set by this site
Not used. No page on this site sets a cookie of any kind, including for sessions or preferences.
Cookies set by others through this site
Not used. No other organisation has code on these pages, so nobody can set a cookie through us.
localStorage
Not used. Nothing is written to your browser's local storage, which is why the checklists cannot remember a tick.
sessionStorage
Not used. Nothing is written for the duration of your visit either.
IndexedDB
Not used. No database is created in your browser.
Tracking pixels
Not used. There are no images, beacons or invisible requests of any kind loaded from another server.
Browser fingerprinting
Not used. We do not read or combine details of your device, fonts, screen or browser to recognise you.
Web fonts and third-party scripts
Not used. Type is set in fonts already on your device, and the only script on the site is one short first-party file that runs the menu button and the print button.
Server access logs
Used. Our hosting provider records each request to the site, as described below.
SEC 2

Why there is no banner

Consent banners exist so that you can agree, or refuse, before something is stored on your device. Nothing is stored on your device by this site, so there is nothing for you to agree to. A banner here would be asking permission for something that is not happening, which would be untrue, and we would rather publish this page than a box to dismiss.

SEC 3

What does happen when you open a page

Your browser requests a page from our hosting provider, which records the request in a standard server log: your IP address, the date and time, the URL requested, the referring page if your browser sent one, and your browser's user-agent string. Those logs are kept for 30 days and are used only for security, abuse prevention and fault diagnosis. That is the whole of it. No analytics, no advertising tags, no social or video embeds and no session identifiers are involved, because none of those are present on the site. The Privacy Policy describes the logs in more detail.

SEC 4

The checklists do not remember your ticks

The boxes beside each checklist item are drawn on the page and hold nothing. Marking them in your head, or on a printout, is the intended use. No localStorage, sessionStorage, IndexedDB, fingerprinting or pixel is used to keep your progress, and there is no account to keep it in. The printed page is the saved copy.

SEC 5

After you follow an affiliate link

When you follow the paid affiliate link described on our Affiliate Disclosure page, you leave this site. World of Tanks and the affiliate network that operates the link may set cookies or use similar technology on their own domains, typically to record that the visit came from us. PADOLO s.r.o. does not control those cookies, cannot read them and does not receive them. What they do is covered by those organisations' own cookie and privacy notices, which are worth reading on their sites.

SEC 6

Blocking or clearing cookies anyway

Every current browser lets you block cookies, block only those set by other sites, delete the cookies you already have, and clear stored site data. The controls are in the browser's settings, usually under a heading such as privacy, security, or site permissions, and most browsers also offer a private or incognito window that discards everything at the end of the session. Nothing you do there will affect how this site works, since it stores nothing to begin with. It will affect other sites, which is the point of doing it.

SEC 7

If this ever changes

We have no plan to introduce cookies. If that changes, this page will be rewritten to describe exactly what is set and why, and a working consent mechanism will be in place before a single cookie is set — not afterwards, and not with the choice pre-ticked. The effective date at the top will show when that happened.
