Privacy Policy

This page is the whole of our practice, written to be read rather than filed. It is kept current, carries its effective date at the top, and is linked from the footer of every page on the site. There is no separate internal policy that says something different. Questions about how we handle information go to info@inertvalue.online.

You can read every page of this site without identifying yourself. There is nothing to log into, nothing to register for and no name asked for at any point. If you write to us, you may use a pseudonymous email address and a name that is not your own; we will answer anyway. The single exception is a request to access or correct personal information, where we need enough detail to be confident we are dealing with the right person, as described under APP 12 and APP 13.

Two things are collected, both of them necessary and neither of them requested from you by a form.

(a) Server access logs. Our hosting provider keeps standard web server logs for the site. A log entry contains your IP address, the date and time of the request, the URL requested, the referring page if your browser sends one, and the user-agent string your browser supplies.

(b) The content of emails. If you write to info@inertvalue.online we receive your email address, any name you choose to give, the message itself and any attachment you send.

(c) Nothing else is collected. There are no forms, no input fields, no accounts, no newsletter, no progress tracking, no quizzes, no chat widget and no telephone number field anywhere on this site. We set no cookies and use no web storage. There is no analytics package, no advertising tag, no pixel, no embedded video, no social widget, no web font and no content delivery network. The site requests nothing from any other server when a page loads, and we carry out no profiling and no cross-site tracking.

Occasionally an email contains information we did not ask for and do not need in order to reply — details of someone else, or documents unrelated to the question. Where it is lawful and reasonable to do so, we delete that material rather than keeping it, and we do not copy it anywhere else first.

This page is the notification. Access logs are described in APP 3(a) and exist because a web server cannot serve a page without handling a request. Email content is described in APP 3(b) and exists because you chose to write to us. There is no third point of collection to notify you about.

Access logs are used for three purposes and no others: keeping the site secure, identifying and preventing abuse such as automated attacks, and diagnosing faults when something stops working. Email is used for one purpose: replying to you and dealing with whatever you raised.

Personal information is never sold, rented, traded, or shared with anyone for marketing. It is disclosed outside PADOLO s.r.o. only where the law requires it — for example a valid order from a law enforcement body or a court — and then only to the extent required.

We do no direct marketing of any kind. There is no mailing list, no newsletter, no course reminder, no re-engagement email and no way for you to be added to one, because no address is ever collected for that purpose. If you write to us, your address is used to answer you and nothing else.

Two recipients handle information for us: our hosting provider, which keeps the access logs described in APP 3(a), and our email service provider, which carries and stores messages sent to info@inertvalue.online. There are no others.

Both of these providers may store or process data outside Australia, including in countries whose privacy laws differ from Australian law. PADOLO s.r.o. is established in the Czech Republic, and correspondence is handled from there. Where an overseas recipient is involved, we rely on it only for the hosting and email functions described above, and we do not send personal information overseas for any other purpose.

No government related identifiers are adopted, used or disclosed by this site. We never ask for one, and there is no field anywhere that could be used to supply one.

The only personal information we hold is what a web server recorded automatically and what you wrote to us yourself, so there is little scope for us to hold an inaccurate record. If something we hold about you is wrong, tell us at info@inertvalue.online and we will correct it.

The site is served over HTTPS, so the connection between your browser and the server is encrypted. There is no database behind the site and no stored submissions, because nothing is submitted: every page is a static file. The hosting account and the mailbox are reachable only by people working for PADOLO s.r.o., using individual credentials.

Information is destroyed or de-identified once the retention periods below have passed and it is no longer needed. We claim no certification and no compliance with any security standard here, because we hold none.

You may ask what personal information we hold about you and receive a copy of it. Write to info@inertvalue.online with Privacy request in the subject line. There is no charge for making a request. We reply within 30 days. If we cannot give you what you asked for, we will say why in writing.

You may ask us to correct personal information we hold about you. The route is the same: info@inertvalue.online, with Privacy request in the subject, no charge, and a reply within 30 days. Where we correct something, we do it to the record itself rather than keeping both versions.

Nothing else is kept, because nothing else is collected.

The course contains paid affiliate links to World of Tanks, explained in full on our Affiliate Disclosure page. When you follow one of those links you leave inertvalue.online. From that moment, World of Tanks and the affiliate network that operates the link may use cookies or similar technology on their own sites to record that the visit came from us, under their own privacy policies rather than this one.

PADOLO s.r.o. receives commission reports from the network. Those reports are used only to reconcile payments, and we do not seek, request or attempt to obtain information that would identify an individual reader from them.

If you believe we have mishandled your personal information, write to info@inertvalue.online. We will answer a complaint within 30 days. If you are not satisfied with our answer, you can take the matter to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner, which explains the process at oaic.gov.au/privacy/privacy-complaints.

If we become aware of unauthorised access to, or disclosure or loss of, personal information we hold, we assess it promptly. Where serious harm to an individual is likely, we notify the people affected and the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner in line with the Notifiable Data Breaches scheme.

This site is not directed at people under 16. Nothing on it is designed to appeal to children, and we collect nothing that would identify a child — there is no form, no account and no field of any kind. Where the course discusses younger players, it does so as guidance addressed to the adults in a household.

PADOLO s.r.o. is established in the Czech Republic, so the General Data Protection Regulation also applies to its handling of personal information. Our legal basis for keeping server access logs is our legitimate interest in the security, integrity and correct operation of the site. Our legal basis for handling the content of an email is that it is necessary in order to respond to the enquiry you sent us. We rely on consent for nothing, because there are no cookies, no tracking and no marketing on this site to consent to.

Where the GDPR applies, you have the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection. Exercise any of them by writing to info@inertvalue.online. You may also complain to a supervisory authority. Ours is the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection (Úřad pro ochranu osobních údajů), uoou.gov.cz.

When this policy is revised, the effective date at the top is updated. Where a change is material — a new recipient, a new category of information, a different retention period — a note saying so is shown at the top of this page for 30 days after the change. We do not change the policy retrospectively.
