If your message is a request to access or correct personal information, put Privacy request in the subject line. Those requests are answered within 30 days, as set out in the Privacy Policy.

The company is not registered for VAT, which is why no VAT number appears on this site. Postal correspondence can be sent to the address above; email reaches us faster.

Worth writing about: a factual error in the course, a link that no longer works, a checklist item that has stopped making sense, a question about how the site is funded, or a privacy request.

Not something we can do: account problems with any game. We are not a publisher, a reseller or a support channel for any title named in the course, and we have no access to anybody's account. Those questions go to the publisher's own support channel, reached from the publisher's own site.

We also cannot recommend a title for a particular household, or tell you whether a specific computer will run a specific game. Step 2 explains how to answer the second question yourself, which is faster and more reliable than asking us.

Your email, including your address and anything you attach, sits in our mailbox with our email service provider and is used only to reply to you. It is kept for 24 months after the last message in the conversation, unless it is needed for a legal claim, and is then deleted. It is never added to a mailing list, because there is no mailing list, and it is never sold or shared for marketing.
